Well I can't really get a job because I only have a social insurance number, and not a social security number. But I’ve had plenty of volunteer jobs. I shelved books at the library, tutored at the library, and ran the summer reading program, uhm, also at the library, and I have also helped out poor puppies at the pound. Actually I was more like filing papers. I just never got paid for any of it. Okay, shutting up now.
Four movies I can watch over and over
1. Speak. Actually the book is better but I really love the movie.
2. The Little Mermaid. There is no way I could ever get sick of watching my favorite Disney movie! I have it on VHS. So old school.
3. Monty Python and the Holy Grail. "Isa bunnny rabbit!"
4. And um...something else.

February 2nd
Today i was very thoughtful. Well not really thoughtful exactly...More like I thought about everything about ten million times over and over again. I'm reading this really good book called "The Perks of being a Wallflower" I really love it. I got it yesterday night and I am almost finished it. I need to show some restraint to books..
I was kind of pissy today though, but it's all good cause I didn't commit freshman genocide. Probably my periods coming so its all fine and dandy. I just had a shit load of chocolate, though. Screw the diet. I wish I had stayed after school for lacrosse though, because I thought I'd get a head start on homework but I eneded up giving some magic to this weblog and making it alot prettier. It was really pissing me off before cause I put together a shitty layout that took five minutes. This one took me about a good hour or so but I still need to do some good homework.
Oh well, If I flunk out of school I could always go into the porn industry and make odd facial expressions.

Islands
I remember the day I learned the word "Islands" and "Isle". I was at my ASP (no not my initials), aka After-school Program with a few of my friends.
Me and my friend Dimitra were cleaning up and sweeping with the hand brooms. I loved doing that, we had fun with random things like the patterns the dust would leave behind on the wood floor when you swept it. It would take us about 15 minutes to clean up when sweeping. The guy who took care of us, Bert, didn't let us sweep much, but when he did we had fun.
So Dimitra's mother picked her up and I sat at the other end of the gymnasium opposite the stage and read some books on the benches. I started to read my book, aloud because I don't think I could read in my head. It was a book on Islands. Of course I was young and pronounced Islands "is-lands". This kid on my right, she was in grade three, scooted over towards me. "They're said 'eye-lands' not 'is-lands'" She read the rest of the book to me. Then I read a book on spiders to her, She said she hated spiders. Then her father picked her up.
My mom was always late. It's okay though, I had more time with Bert, he was a cool guy.
